This signature cocktail from the Vendôme Club memorializes the Brown Derby, the Wilshire Boulevard restaurant perhaps remembered more for its hat-shaped exterior than for the celebrities who frequented it.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
