INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound white peaches
- Rich Simple Syrup, as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel, pit, and purée the peaches in a food mill; then strain through a fine sieve. Add Rich Simple Syrup if the fruit is too tart. Refrigerate until cool.
