LITHUANIAN RESTAURANTS?
Going to be in Chicago this next week, and I'd love to eat some food from the old country. I'm a Lithuanian, and I hear there are some good Lithuanian restaurants in Chicago...can anyone tell me which one I should go to?
CHICAGO EATERIES
Well by quality I mean someplace with great fresh ingredients. I will be staying right near the John Handcock building, and will be without a car. I'm just planning on Hot Dougs because I lust after anything fois gras and am dying to try their duck/fois dog...
Thanks for your reply, I have boon scanning through the other topics, I'm sure I'll find some great places. But if you have any ideas, let me know! I am open to eating virtually anything...

CHICAGO EATERIES
Going to Chicago on Tuesday, and besides Hot Doug's, I have no plans for good dining places. Any good suggestions? And hopefully quality restaurants without the Alinea prices?

i like walnut creek yacht club by locust and bonanaza is a seafood rest, with great oyster bar (the best oyster this side of the bay) food is just honest and good, great cocktail list, ambience, wine list and really friendly knowledgeable staff. and can accomodate your party. postino and bings are good places but its pricey i got my money on the walnut creek yacht club. i had such great time there i keep coming back
