Friday night Celebration

Have a big event to celebrate on Friday night with my GF. I am thinking that we might go for dinner and then stay at a very nice hotel rather than going home to our respective apartments. So the idea is that the restaurant and the hotel should be somewhat near each other though by no means do they have to be in the same building. Price is no object. Just want it to be memorable. Best food city to visit within 90 minute from TO

I know this will spark controversy but here goes.

I am taking my significant other for a long weekend trip. We want to visit a city with great food. We want to fly somewhere but dont want it to be more than a 90 minute flight so we dont chew up too much time flying.

The purpose of the trip is to sample the food of a great city--at the both the high end and the low end.
