Impossible to say, there have been so many...but a very recent memorable meal was at Madhina's Patio at Lake Breeze winery, Naramata, BC

Roasted eggplant rounds with a goat cheese, lemon, roasted garlic, parsely and black pepper croute

a perfectly done soft-boiled egg and toast
