I just picked up one of these as an addition to a Mother's Day gift. It didn't come with a box or instructions, butit is glazed on the interior. Does anyone have use & care suggestions?

There is a great health food store with lots of great cheese and fresh fruit and veggies on the main road in Ganges.. can't remember what it is called though. Sunday brunch at "the inn" is tasty as well!

We're in toronto until Saturday night and I'm craving some great chai- possibly iced over ice cream at this point! Some good (and reasonable or preferably cheap) indian food could also be in order-- any suggestions?
