Winter: Prosciutto wrapped pork loin stuffed with garlic, quince and rosemary paste, Sausage and Sage Stuffing and Roasted Asparagus with White Truffle Oil. Summer: Chilean Seabass with fresh mango , kiwi and corn salsa served over coconut stiki rice with Prickly Pear margartas!
My favorite comfort food:
5 cheese macaroni and cheese; homemade chilaquiles with a fried egg; baked goat cheese with orange marmalade on a fresh baguette!
