London "Third Wave" Coffee

Two of London's best that I haven't seen mentioned yet:

Kaffeine (on Great Titchfield Street)
Fernandez & Wells (Soho)

Monmouth is also great.

Armitage/Halsted Area

The Red Rooster, which is the more casual half of Cafe Bernard, is cozy and casual, affordable and delicious. The entrance is just west of Halsted on Dickens. There is no name out front, just a yellow door with a red rooster on it.

Best place to get chocolates?

Vosges, in the North Bridge mall on Michigan Avenue (the one with Nordstrom) has excellent chocolates in exotic flavors and beautiful packaging.

For Chicagoan's, What restaurant is on top of your list to try?

Shikago

For those who have North Pond and Avec on their lists, I highly recommend both.

Best cupcake in Chicago?

Sweet Mandy B's yellow cake cupcake with chocolate frosting!

Near Millennium Park

I second the Intelligentsia suggestion. It has nice atmosphere too.

Pastry / Baked Good / Confections

If you visit the aforementioned Swedish Bakery, the chocolate almond petit-fours are wonderful, and if you like marzipan, either the 'rum roll' or the 'pink triangle' are a must.

Sweet Mandy B's has great cupcakes.

At Fox & Obel, the chocolate-covered macaroons are the best I have ever had.

Eating out in Michigan (Ann Arbor, Dearborn)

Zingerman's is the best! The Deli has amazing sandwiches, the cafe nextdoor has the best coffee in town. Zingerman's Roadhouse has more varied meals, with many regional American specialities (their bbq brisket is wonderful).

Suggestion Please, Top 3 in town

I'd go with:
Avec
North Pond Cafe
Frontera Grill/Topolobampo
