1) Whole female lobster steamed with lobster stock with cultured butter (not clarified) to dip, roasted very thin asparagus w/ EVOO and S & WP, silver queen corn grilled in husk w/ my special schmearing sauce. 2) Pressure cooked Short grain brown rice with amaranth, with butter.
