Best meal I ever ate:
1) Whole female lobster steamed with lobster stock with cultured butter (not clarified) to dip, roasted very thin asparagus w/ EVOO and S & WP, silver queen corn grilled in husk w/ my special schmearing sauce. 2) Pressure cooked Short grain brown rice with amaranth, with butter.
My current drink of choice:
Fitz's Cream Soda or Bancha (Kukicha) tea
I really wish I could:
Have better access to sashimi quality fish and seafood
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Spicy butter-poached shrimp
