Best Restaurant in Walnut Creek
I live in SF but several family members live in WC so I am there often. My favorite, and those of my friends and family that live there, is Sasa. Food is wonderful. Service is exceptional and can honestly say that I have never had a less than outstanding experience there. Bar/lounge area is comfortable if you can't get a table.

Best Restaurant in Walnut Creek
Underwhelmed by va de vi. Been there a few times and can honestly say I've had better food elsewhere.
Bob's Donuts
Absolutely the best donuts in the City. I've had many a late night cravings.
Kid-Friendly San Francisco Dinner suggestions (But with no $$$ limit)?
I agree. My young daughter dislikes the kids menus because it's the same thing every time. Nasty chicken nuggets, pasta with butter and cheese, pizza or burger. She'd much rather order off the real menu and have a better dining experience.
Just about any restaurant in SF allows children (isn't it discrimination if you don't?). As long as they are well behaved you shouldn't have a problem. If they get restless, bring the Nintendo.
Rehearsal dinner in SF?
Try Bocce in North Beach. The food is decent, reasonably priced and they have a nice outdoor patio that could easily hold 40 or you could take over the upper part of the dining room.

Looking for an Oakland restaurant that will accommodate 35 people
Scott's is always pretty consistent at JLS.
Inner Richmond Favorites?
What, no one has mentioned Tommy's on Geary for Mexican? Some of the best margaritas around.
Burger Bar
I'm surprised I haven't heard any comments on here yet about Burger Bar? Has anyone had a great expreience there? Mine was pretty disappointing.

SF Dining on Monday with music
I'm trying to find a nice restuarant either in SF or on the water in Marin that may have some live music playing (jazz band would be preferable). My boss (late as usual) wants to take his wife out for her birthday and all the theaters are "closed" on Monday's. Any suggestions would be great.
