That's a tought one, but it either had seared fois gras and/or seafood. I love seared fois gras with a sweet compote and buttery garlic toasts more than anything right now. Follow that by a perfectly cooked piece of fish, such as sea bass or sword fish, and then a fruit dessert and I'm in heaven. Don't forget the wine!

another tough one, but it would have to be Beef Bourginionne or Salmon En Croute, but it really depends on the guests and my mood. I like doing something with salmon to start.

some miscellaneous items thrown in my wok favored with tons of spice and coconut oil
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
just 5??? Right now I love Le Mistral, then there is Bistro Calais, La Vista, Marks, and then my favorite dim sum place on Bellaire Golden Palace.
