Best meal I ever ate:
Korean spicy BBQ pork at a soju tent in Gunsan city, served with raw garlic cloves, sliced raw red chiles, red leaf lettuce, kochujang, kimchi, and soju.

I think that I finally convinced my wife that we should cook for pleasure and not for work. Did get tired of sitting around the house though and I am now a "sales associate" for about 4 to 5 hours a day. It's at an airport though, so I get to do one of favorite passtimes - People Watching.
