Eating Bread in a Restaurant......

How do you go about eating your basket of bread provided by a restaurant? I heard that the proper way is to first have it broken into a smaller bite-size piece --> spread butter on it with a knife --> put the piece into mouth. I've also seen many who just hold the piece of bread and just bite straight into it. Or some who spread butter on the bread, take a bite, then spread some more butter, and take another bite... i guess the possibility is endless. Just out of curiosity, how do you guys eat yours and do you think it matters when eating out at a higher-end restaurant?

Chocolate desserts / Chocolate-themed places (for chocolate lovers)

I've been up to a major chocolate craving lately and is looking for a place in Toronto that can satisfy that naughty craving... are there places in Toronto similar to Max Brenner in the US that is famous for its chocolate dessert / drinks / dishes? I want to take a bite out of my monitor just by looking at this picture..... http://www.flickr.com/photos/tori/228...

yes it was a pity because I really wanted to eat toro yesterday... but nonetheless the hamachi and butterfish were really fresh so no disappointments there!

went there today at 1:30 and ordered a dragon maki + hamachi sashimi + butterfish~~ they were all really tasty~~! unfortunately I totally forgot about the tuna tartare!! Anyway, back to the food... I wanted toro sashimi at first but they did not have it today so I opted for hamachi instead~~ really fresh...! no "fishy" smell whatsoever~~ the dragon roll was really prettily presented ^^ i also enjoyed the butterfish~ the waitresses kept refilling customers' tea cups before they emptied (thumps up)~~

Toko Bistro - conveyor sushi

I passed by it today at around 4pm and peeked inside~ there were around 10 ppl at that time... the rolls looked good~ do u know if we can order items from a menuf if we don't see them on the conveyor? I'm interested in the restaurant but is only available to be there at around 3-ish (worried that choices are limited)~~!
