All 3 times I dinned at Joel Robuchon were amazing, but the best meal I ever ate was on my birthday after I hiked 15 miles with a full pack , no shade, and carrying 3 days worth of water (no water source on this part of the island)...I got to my site, pulled out an avocado, a grapefruit, and some tuna...it took me an hour to eat just a little bit and each bite was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted...nothing tastes better then what you eat after a long day of hiking, climbing, or kayaking.
My current drink of choice:
Whatever is in my glass which is most likely water, wine, bubbles, or Calvados
I really wish I could:
Spend my life dining, drinking, and hiking around the world.
