I truly believe that Staten Island is underrated where Pizza is concerned. To me, Staten Island at this point in time is very much like the Bronx and Brooklyn was thirty years ago when you had a number of very good pizzeria/pizza restaurants around. Here are my choices for pizza definitely worth tasting on the Island :

PRIMO - Richmond Rd. 9. CAFE LUNA - Hylan Blvd. 10. VALDUCCI (Sicilian) - Amboy Rd. 11. GENNARO'S (Fried Calzone) - New Dorp

Fiacco's in Dyker Heights (11th Ave near 65th St) is another good choice for Italian sausage.

A favorite of many Staten Island seniors for classic, sit down Chinese is "Jade Island" located in the Kmart Shopping Plaza on Richmond Ave, I think it is a nice lunch choice for seniors or any age group for sure.
