Hello I am one of owners of The Strand Emporium. we have had some trouble getting phone numbers and contact info out. You can find updated contact info for the store on Galveston.com. The sandwhich you are asking about is the original Emporium Po-Boy. It features a tomato based relish called Tomato chow on a 7' inch baguette. It has 3 slices of salami 3 slices ham provolone cheese with mayo. It comews wrapped ready made at the emporium we dont use tin foil but it is the same sandwhich in all other regards. The tomato relish may in fact be almost unique to the emporium as Im told we are only 1 of two buyers for this product. Give us a call or drop by. 5150715
