Can't pinpoint a 'meal' persay but the best dining experience I've ever had was on a small dinner cruise on the Seine river in Paris. The service and ambience was the best I've ever experienced.
My current drink of choice:
Tropical Yerba Mate hot tea
I really wish I could:
Be paid to eat.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Chocolate Decadence. It's a flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce, fresh raspberries and whipped cream
My favorite comfort food:
a hamburger, with lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion (not grilled), mayo, mustard on toasted sesame seed buns. The vegies have to be on the bottom below the patty.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
I don't have a top five because I'm totally schizophrenic when it comes to choosing where to eat. I like to try new places all the time.
My most tattered cookbooks:
New Settlement Cookbook, Fit for a King (Elvis' favorite recipes),
Betty Crocker New Choices, Forest Gump's Chocolate Cookbook
