Homemade lasagna - pasta made with eggs from my chickens, tomato sauce made with tomatoes from my garden (fresh or canned), greens sauted with garlic, and a mix of cheese. I roll the pasta out so thin it is impossible for pre-cook, then layer sauce, pasta, greens, pasta, and so on. It is great made ahead of time and served with a salad and fresh bread.

Goat cheese gouda and manchego mac and cheese or Ina Garten's chicken pot pie (though I use significantly less butter)
