Eat in the bistros of Paris more often, have one more fish stew in Pireaus, Greece and see if the food I thought was really good in Istanbul, when I was in the USAF so many years ago, is still good!

"Grown-up" Mac and Cheese, Pasta w/Lamb or Oxtail Ragu, Braised Chicken Legs

A roadside shack outside Tulum with the best grilled chicken in the world! LaVina in both Paris & Madrid, La Societe, Koln, Le Gabriel in Bordeaux and Jadis in Paris
