We have had great meals at NOLA, Emeril's and Delmonico, liked Delmonico the best, less of a crazed atmosphere, better service. All of our visits have been during jazzfest.

Note that at each of our seatings, when we asked the waiter which of 2 wines they would recommend (we know wines pretty well, and try not to break the bank on an expensive one) they on each occasion recommended a different wine, not on the list, not mentioning the price; each time the wine they recommended was approx 1 1/2 to 2x the price of what we were looking at. Got the impression that this is a policy at his restaurants...
