Off to Spain on May 22 - any recommendations for Estepona, Malaga, Ronda, Granada?

We're going to the Costa del Sol the last week in May, staying in Estepona. We plan to make day trips to Ronda, Malaga and Granada and would love any recommendations for non-touristy restaurants.

Recommendations for Tangier

Restaurant recommendations - Malaga, Marbella, Estepona, Gilbraltar, Tangier

Great regional dishes - mostly moderate price range and options for a splurge meal. We're from NYC and appreciate good food and wine. We're not familiar with the area. I've never been to Spain and my husband hasn't been there since a family trip over 30 years ago.

Suggestions for dinner during Jazz Fest

Dinner can be walking distance or taxi ride. We're staying very near the Place des Arts - so we may spend some time during the day - but mostly catch the shows at night.
