Best meal I ever ate:

So many great ones, but most recently 2006 at L'Auberge Brome in Quebec.... a traditional French fish soup with croutons, rouille, and gruyere; and tournedos de veau Rossini, served with a splended Mercurey. I salivate and weep at the memory. Further in the past, 1987... in Budapest, a roasted breast of goose, served cold with a cole slaw and roasted peppers, with a pint of pilsner.... 2002 at Michael Stadlander's Eigensinn Farm, an ethereal white fish in a puree of stinging nettle leaf

My current drink of choice:

Have a bigger kitchen; overcome my fear of yeast
