At a friend's home helping out and having to cook dinner with just what they have on hand (no way to go to the store), which for proteins, means a package of thin, tenderized Round Sirloin Tip steaks and other than to jacquard and use for chicken fried steak, I'm drawing a blank.
Can these be sliced thin and used for beef stroganoff or beef tips in gravy? I've got pasta, potatoes and rice and assortment of veggies. Just not sure how to best cook these lil buggers.
Thanks in advance!
Krystal's Original Breakfast Scrambler. There is nothing low-carb or diet friendly about it but it's a southern girl's dream - a cup layered with grits, scrambled eggs and cheese, topped with a piece of Jimmy Dean sausage. It's wrong to love something so bad for you so very much but I do.
