Best meal I ever ate:
There are too many to count so I'll go with most dependable with awesome flavor and say Pho Grand in St. Louis, MO for Vietnamese. Yum, yum, the com dia red pork chop platter!
My current drink of choice:
Hot tea in the AM, water all day, milk at night...Asian Pear Mojitos when the urge strikes.
I really wish I could:
play piano and read people's minds.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Black bean and corn salad with fresh cilantro and a big dish of carne guisada with my homemade flour tortillas if we're casual.
My favorite comfort food:
Chicken fried steak, eggs over easy with sausage, mac and cheese, BBQ pork steaks...
