Best meal I ever ate:

Any one of many holiday dinners with my family and my sister's family. I've been to a ton of great restaurants, but those experiences can't top our family get-togethers.

My current drink of choice:

Mojoto!! It's always mo bettah with a mojito!

I really wish I could:

Go on a multi-month cook's tour of Italy or Mexico

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Bleu Cheese Coleslaw

My favorite comfort food:

Roast pork, sauerkraut, spaetzle or mashed potatoes. Grilled cheese sammich cut up into cubes and floated in a big bowl of tomato soup. Home-made mac and cheese with stewed tomatoes; anything Mexican.

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Anyplace my nephew is cooking; Kate's Spinning Wheel Restaurant

My most tattered cookbooks:

Joy of Cooking (my mother's original copy, held together with rubberbands)
