shumi sushi
went to shumi sushi in somerville this past sunday. they are supposedly #1 in the state for sushi (according to nj newspaper). had salad special app and sushi for dinner. i dont know what all the fuss is abt.. the salad was the best part. sushi was small and slightly mushy for tuna. my boyfriend had sashimi platter and loved it. what are your opinions??

Edo is the best in new brunswick (way better than sapporo) but a new place just opened on George Street called Hotoke Sushi Lounge. Looks very swanky and hip. Literally just opened its doors this week.

There is a nice banquet type place in South Brunswick called Pierre's. I went there for a communion party a few years ago and the food was good. They have weddings there too (pictures up in the lobby). It's about 10/15 minutes from NB. http://www.pierresofsouthbrunswick.com/

You might want to try Noodle Gourmet on Easton Ave in New Brunswick. They have tons of soups and really fresh noodles, plus good bubble tea!
