Banh Cuon making lesson from mom w/ step-by-step photos

I made this dish and it was delicious. I couldn't get the hang of the pan though. This past weekend I found packages of premixed banh cuon at the asian market. What a mistake! It was so disgusting. I should have read the ingredients. it was all starch. I'm go back to the recipe you provided.
