One Free Night in Chicago: Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, or Charlie Trotter's?
For Monday I'd recomend Lula cafe in Logan square (just off the blue line). The service is decent and the food is amazing. Mondays they do a "farm dinner" with mostly local meats and vegies (one was based entirely around a goat they had slaughtered and turned into amazing things!).
