Barcelona equivalent to Paris by Mouth?

I recently planned a food focused week in Paris and was grateful for the website Paris By Mouth to help guide my itinerary. I am currently planning a week in Barcelona and am wondering if there's anything out there similar. Or at least if anyone knows of any good Barcelona food blogs, (in english) that covers the food scene in the city.

I'm tired of overthinking this... I need advice!

Scarpetta looks good, but after Babbo, I'm wondering if pasta/italian-esque dining 2 nights in a row might be a bit much. We get amazing seafood in Vancouver, so I'd rather be steered away from that.

Any other thoughts? Steaks are always a great option, but we're thinking of something smaller, with great atmosphere. We're not necessarily needing anything that "fine" either.

I'm tired of overthinking this... I need advice!

For my first trip to NY, I was so excited. I did my research for months before this trip I'm currently having to NYC. I currently have a reservation at Morimoto for Friday evening, because I thought it would be a cool spot for Friday evening dinner, but I'm starting to re-think my choice. After amazing meals at Le Bernardin and Jean Georges, I'm starting to think I've compromised by choosing Morimoto. I'm from Vancouver, and spend lots of time in both LA and Japan, so maybe I shouldn't be thinking Japanese. I was also thinking WD-50, but switched my mind at the last moment. Now I'm not sure... I read all the boards, I looked at all the sites and what I came up with was this...

Tuesday lunch: Co.
Tuesday dinner: Yankees game
Wednesday dinner: Le Bernardin
Thursday lunch: Jean Georges
Thursday dinner: Babbo
Friday or Saturday lunch: Katz's
Friday dinner: HELP ME PLEASE!!!
Saturday dinner: Dovetail

I'm looking for something "special", that will totally round out my first trip to New York. Any last minute suggestions?

Celebratory dinner for 11 meat eaters and a vegetarian

We are a group of Canadians ataying in Beverly Hills, looking for a restaurant to have a celebratory dinner on a Friday or Saturday night in 2 weeks. Our group consists of 11 very adventurous omnivores and 1 vegetarian. We all frequent LA quite often and have found ourselves at: Providence, Asia de Cuba, Spago, AOC Wine Bar, Ago, to name a few.

Any recs on where we should try?

Last minute- Dinner for 25

I'm trying to find somewhere where my 25 hungry paddlers can eat on Friday night, (Oct 3) to fill our tummies with delicious food to fuel us through the dragon boat festival over the weekend. Any suggestions or where to try?

Post baseball meal- Sunday evening

I've been to Phillipe's for a beef dip, which is fantastic, so we're looking for something new. I'm from Vancouver, so we get great asian here. Looking for something a "hipper"? Does anyone know if the raw bar at the Hungry Cat would suffice for a light late dinner?

Post baseball meal- Sunday evening

Visiting from out of town and going to the Dodgers game on Sunday night, (6pm start). Wondering what may be open for dinner afterwards between Dodger stadium and Century City where we are staying. Probably a 9:30 or 10pm dinner. Don't want anything too heavy and not looking for anything too fancy. Just a good place for some eats and maybe some drinks. Was thinking the Hungry Cat for the raw bar. Any fantastic suggestions?

Juan Valdez Cafe in LA

After having a friend rave about Juan Valdez coffee in Columbia, I was happily surprised to find a Juan Valdez in Seattle on a recent trip. The campesino coffee is so delicious! Going on a trip to LA and am wondering if anyone knows if there's a Juan Valdez cafe anywhere in town.

Celebratory dinner for 10

budget really isn't a concern... we're all out-of-towners, so we're looking for a special LA experience. Probably not Japanese though, as we've already booked Japanese for another night. Other than that, we love great wine and great food.

Celebratory dinner for 10

Any suggestions on where to go for a celebratory dinner for 10? We're staying in Beverly Hills, but are willing to travel outside the area a bit. We're looking at Saturday Nov 3, and I know that's not a lot of time for advance reservations. So recs on where I should try that will accommodate our big group that we may be able to secure a reservation? We're looking for peak experience, (isn't that a given though?)...

2 nights in LA on an expense account...

Fantastic. I'm looking into all these fabulous rec's right now. Yes, I'm willing to venture outside of BH for a great meal. Any suggestions for Japanese other than Urasawa? I don't know it I'd be able to justify spending that much... We have great Japanese in Vancouver, so I'm looking for somewhere that would provide us with a PEAK experience.

2 nights in LA on an expense account...

Will be in LA at the end of the month and am looking for some restaurant recs. We are 30~somethings from Vancouver looking for great food, good service, fantastic atmosphere and more. We've done: AOC Wine Bar, Matsuhisa, Koi, Giorgio Baldi, Spago, Lucques and many more in the past. Love great Japanese but aren't limited to that. Will travel for a peak food experience, but would love to stay close to our hotel in Beverly Hills. Suggestions appreciated!

Vancouver - Uni?

Try Angel Seafood: Angel Seafood it's known as the place for "One-stop-shopping for many Japanese restaurants (including Tojo's)". It's basically a wholesale business but has a storefront open to the public, so don't think you're at the wrong place when you go there. If there's fresh uni to be bought, they'll have it here. 1345 Grant St., East Side, 604-254-2824
