we are going to be in the Portsmouth area for a week and are looking for that 'hidden gem'...we know about all of the touristy places, but are looking for that off the beaten path place with the one great dish that you really need to know about to order....any thoughts?

went to new Orleans jazzfest again this and am jonesing for some great new orleans Cajun or creole cuisine in los angeles. Any new places around?
