thanks but as i live in india these things arent available
the main reason for me to ask for an egg substitute is so i can make home made pasta...
any alternate recipies will be appreciated...

could any one suggest a substitute for egg in cooking recipes as i am jain9indian religion0 and according to our religion we cant eat any thing non veg which includes meat, fish and eggs...
also could substitute for meat in cooking....
