My graduation meal at Sooke Harbour House, although beachside conch ceviche on a coral atoll off of the Belizean coast for Christmas lunch was pretty good too.
My current drink of choice:
Barrel Aged Red Hooks, Driftwood Fat Tug, Noella Morantin Mon Cher Gamay.
I really wish I could:
Continue collecting japanese knives.

Mac and cheese, pho, congee, lasagna.
