I just don't think I could stomach banana tuna sandwich. And actually banana sandwich with mayonnaise is my favorite sandwich.

Patak Meat Market/Sausage Chalet
Hello all, I have been to Patak Sausage Chalet in Austell a couple of times and really like their products...
I love the Gypsy Ham, Russian Sausage, Beef Sausage, Slab Bacon and Keilbasa.
Can anyone else share what they love there? I would like to be more adventurous next time I go there.....

Creative Tuna Salads
1 can tuna
2 tbs of chopped apple
2 heaping tsp of sweet relish
5-6 slices of jalapenos, chopped (the jarred preserved kind)
1/2 stick of celery chopped fine
3 heaping tsp of mayonaise
The jalapeno balances the apple and celery. AWESOME!
