morning workout fuel suggestions?
We've run a half-dozen marathons and countless half-marathons between us, and we're pretty regular morning runners (except when we've got a pressing deadline). Our breakfast of choice before a run is a half whole wheat English muffin with natural peanut butter and (if we have any in the house) a bit of Bonne Maman Four Fruits preserves.
