Your favourite thing to do with jam/preserves?
I like to mix blueberry (but any flavor would work) in hot oatmeal. On days I don't feel like chopping apples or raisins, this is a nice alternative.
Another obvious use is ice cream topping.

an abundance of citrus (but no lemons)
You can put whole cloves in the oranges to make a lovely scented potpurri type thing.
Or you could share the fruit with co-workers, friends or neighbors.
