Breakfast suggestions in Lake George Village

I'm looking for a decent place to meet my family in Lake George for breakfast. They would prefer to meet around the village, so I know my options are limited. The Lake George Pancake House has some very bad reviews so thats out and I have never eaten breakfast anywhere in the village. Any suggestions for edible food??

Recommendations for Restaurant near South Street Seaport

I'm chaperoning a small group of 14 year olds (maybe 2-4) this Thursday and I need a good place to eat dinner. I don't really care what type of restaurant it is, as long as its good. The kids aren't picky eaters but I'd really like something more than crappy burgers and greasy chicken fingers. We're going to be in the South Street Seaport with the group, but we dont have to eat together for dinner so I wanted to go somewhere better than the places the group wants to go. Any suggestions?

Help!! Need recommendations for delivery in Poughkeepsie

OK. So I'm tired of getting stuck at work on a Sunday night and realizing I forgot to bring something to eat. Does anyone have any good recommendations for delivery in Poughkeepsie, specifically Vassar Medical Center (Hospital)? There's only so much mediocre pizza and chinese food I can take.

Looking for Good Eats for a 13 year old's birthday in the Lake george area.

Hi. I'm in Lake George for the next several days, and we are celebrating my niece's 13th birthday up here. She just told us that she would like seafood. - Specifically lobster tails or crab legs. Can anyone recommend a good place to go. Also any recommendations for breakfast places. Thanks a bunch

Best place to find a Birthday cake

I'm taking my boyfriend to a show this Friday and a Yankee game on Saturday for his birthday. Can anyone recommend a good place to get a small cake to bring back to the hotel. We're staying down by union square, but i'll be happy to get one from anywhere. Thanks.

Free Disney Dining Plan

Disney World is offering their dining plan for free this fall. (yea!!- or so i thought) The plan includes one snack, one quick service meal (the disney version of fast food), and one table service meal per night. This sounded like plenty of food to me, and an all around great deal- until I read the details of the plan. Almost all of my favorite restaurants- Artist Point, Jiko, California Grill, ect.. count as two table service meals. So I am determined to find good food in "the World" that fits this free dining plan. (I kinda have to- we're on a bit of a budget) Can anyone recommend their favorite on site restaurants or quick service spots. (lunch spots are really needed as I was able to find a few dinner recommendations on these boards.) We're not food snobs either. I'd be happy with a good burger place for lunch or fruit and cheese for breakfast. Any suggestions or recommendations would truely be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Lunch between Museum of the City of New York and Yankee Stadium

Hi! I'm looking for a quick cheap place to grab lunch between the Museum of the City of New York (on 103rd and 5th) and Yankee Stadium. We will have a 5 year old with us, but she's a pretty adventurous eater. Any suggestions??

Cheap New Brunswick, NJ Eats??

I'm going to be in New Brunswick for a show at the State Theatre, and I am in need of a few lunch/dinner spots that are tasty and easy on the wallet. My boyfriend and I will be staying overnight so any recommendations for breakfast will be welcomed as well. Thanks

Lunch before Wicked with 12-year old girls

Hi. I'm going to be chaperoning my 12 year old niece and 2 or 3 of her friends (ack!!) on their class trip to Wicked. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to bring them for lunch before the show. Their requirements are "someplace with really good desserts" and "nothing gross"! I just want something within walking distance to the Gershwin. Any suggestions are welcome, as I have no idea what kids that age like. Thanks
