I ordered a small dinner salad at a local pizza place... the lettuce was turning brown and I ended up throwing it out. I complained and never heard back from them. I will not go back. Rosati's in Crest Hill, I'm done with you!

that said, I have gotten salads at Wendy's, Panera, McDonald's and several other fast food chains and I have yet to get a bad/not fresh one.

Its amazing what people with money to burn get duped into paying for thinking how exclusive it is. They can keep it!

Its a tradition in our house to by one every year as our personal Christmas gift.

I had someone buy me a package as a gift many years ago. I ate the whole thing in one sitting. I was sick all night. I still love it though.

I love the Wendy's fish sandwich even though I like the FOF, Wendy's sandwich is a cut above.

I have eaten at nearby locations several times and always enjoyed it. I agree, the meat course is okay, but enjoy the cheese fondue, the mushroom salad and the dessert fondue (we had the dark chocolate last time and it was so good). It is expensive, thus I have only eaten there a handful of times.

I haven't eaten at BK in ages, but the original chicken was always a favorite. Too bad its gone downhill. BK has gone downhill too. At least in my area.

I had the same thing happen, I was outside the US visiting relatives and we ordered Pizza Hut.

Lol, regarding the salad, one time my friends and I were there and the salad at the bottom of the bowl was liquidy.

Korma sauce... throw in some chicken, chick peas and potatoes.... my family was thrilled!

i should add, we are adventurous eaters.

We are planning a trip soon to Grand Rapids and saw there is an Ethiopian restaurant in town. We have been dying to try the cuisine but wonder first what to order and second is this place good? The reviews online appear to be pretty good. I thought I would ask if any of you had eaten here or know the cuisine.

I remember being very surprised many years ago while visiting my family in the Dominican Republic. We went shopping and the cost of the item was lets say $19.95 and they rounded it up to $20. With the value of their peso, coins were pretty useless, but things were still marked to reflect change.
