Has anybody baked for Pesach from Marcy Goldman's book?

I can honestly say I baked with all the pesach recipes from Jewish Holiday Baking a ton of times. countless times...because it is actually, my own book.
I rarely use margarine, frankly - but in the passover chapter of my book it is called for because it is pareve (when you can find pareve, unsalted, margarine for passover, that is). But I most often use butter. Now, as for the how rich the cake is -it is indeed. But it serves 20-24 people -THIN decadent slivers is fine - it is quite satisfying and a small sliver of such a rich, chocolate cakes is perfect. Best wishes,
