McNally's in Philly (for the Schmitter), Tony Luke's in Philly (for the Roast Pork Italian and the Cheesesteak), H&H Bagels (for, um, bagels), Sable's on UES (for lox or Pastrami), Crumbs (for cupcakes), Porcini in Philly (for intimate Italian), Chinatown Icecream Factory, Skyway Malaysian Restaurant (closest to authentic I've had), J.G. Melons (for burger "experience"), Burger Joint (for the actual burger), Yuka Sushi (really good for the price)... I think I went over 5.
