Years ago, a duck with cranberry chutney at the Lambertville Station Inn in Lambertville, New Jersey, accompanied by an excellent glass of Alban Vineyards 1998 viognier.

My current drink of choice:

Enkidu Wineries Humbaba Red Rhone Blend, a 15-year-old Glenfiddich Solera Reserve, on the rocks, or a good glass of garnacha, or Pernod and water, on ice...
