Best meal I ever ate:
Dinner at Le Bec Fin was pretty amazing, but Mom's Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas Roast Beef are hard to beat.
I really wish I could:
Buy more locally raised organic beef and dry age it myself.
My favorite comfort food:
Roast Turkey with all the trimmings.
My most tattered cookbooks:
A couple Jeff Smith (Frugal Gourmet) cookbooks. He really got me cooking seriously. Too bad he's gone.
