Braised leg of lamb in pinot noir jus, garlic mashed potatoes, baby veg, and lavender creme brulee at a tiny hole-in-the-wall French place in San Diego, where no one else seemed to eat complex carbs or saturated fats (that's ok, more for me!)

In my town? Eleven Eleven Mississippi, Vin de Set, Bailey's Chocolate Bar, Hodak's, and the Courtesy Diner on Kingshighway (you cannot beat a greasy spoon).
