Flank Steak and Onions, with Blue Cheese sauce over potatoes. I made this for my wife on our second date, and reeled her in with my cooking skills. We went shopping for a wedding ring two weeks later.

Open a private resturant in my basement for family and friends. My wife is a designer and could design the place, I would prepare the menus, and invite friends over for dinner. I don't want to own a resturant for a living, but would love to do it for fun.
