Top Chef 3 Reunion

Anyone know how much time elapsed between the actual cooking part of the finale and the live part in Chicago? I was hoping they'd reveal that info during the reunion...like maybe asking the chefs how stressful it was to wait a day? a week? a month? between cooking and finding out who won. Am I the only one wondering?

Best and Worst Recipes You Made From a Cooking Show

I've made Alton's skirt on the coals several times. Man, is that to die for! We do keep the meat on the "fire" a bit longer than he does though. I'm drooling for it as I type! Also, it's great the next day for leftovers on salad!

Fish Tacos?

Thanks! I'll definitely try out Capt. Larry's next time I'm up in Baltimore. I wish I could say that I liked Diegos in Severna park, but I was terribly dissapointed last time I went.

Fish Tacos?

Anyone know of any good places for a fish taco? I recently went to Charleston, S.C. and had some really great ones at average bar/restaurant places, but I can't think of anyplace up here that has them on the menu. I live in Annapolis, so the closer the better, but I'm willing to make a pilgrimage for a good meal!
Thanks...

Before-Prom dinner in Annapolis/Baltimore

The Rockfish is also nice. Good food, nice atmosphere and slightly less expensive than chart house or O'Leary's. It's in Eastport, just over the drawbridge from downtown annapolis. And you'd be fine in prom clothes. In fact, I remember seeing prom-goers there last year.

Looking for Chicken Parmesan Recipe

This is a Giada recipe that I use a lot. It's fantastic. No breading to worry about and unbelievably easy. I don't make my own sauce, so the whole thing takes about a half an hour. Totally worth a try!
