Where should I get wings for the Superbowl?
Kyochon! Call them up for their superbowl specials.
BEST milkshakes ever?
Ground Zero Performance Cafe on the USC campus offers some great selection of deliciously thick milkshakes! Try the swashbuckler, a chai tea flavored of milkshake goodness. :)

Veggie oriented Vietnamese in the SGV?
Pho Pasteur offers a vegetarian bun bi, served with shredded mushroom/wood ear, pickled carrots and turnips, bean sprouts, peanuts over a bed of rice vermicelli. It is also served with a vegetarian fish sauce which I enjoyed and thought was pretty clever. :)

Cheap vietnamese on the east side??
Chinatown could be a closer option for ya. Hoan Kiem is a tiny hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant that serves only two dishes, Pho Ga and Banh Cuon. The Pho Ga is my favorite in the area, and the banh cuons are made-to-order. Happy chowing! :)

Alhambra
Go to Aloha Food Factory for their macadamia nut pancakes, the syrup is heavenly! :)
You can also grab a drink at Old Country Cafe, I love their pudding green milk tea, it is made with actual green tea and homemade custards. Yum!

AYCE Fried Chicken At Pann's
Thanks for sharing! I've never tried Pann's fried chicken, and the only AYCE fried chicken I know of was Dinah's Mondays (which weren't VERY impressive to begin with). Can't wait to try it out! :)

I love the fresh-out-of-the-oven bread at Hue Thai off of Garvey. Get it with the curry. The ice coffee's are good too! :)

Best Sea Bass in LA?
Maison Akira's Miso-infused Chilean Sea Bass in Pasadena will blow you away. They're also participating in DineLA, though I'm not sure if they have it on the special menu.

Nubi yogurt in San Gabriel
Went there and was vastly disappointed by the taste of the yogurt. If only they would open up a yogurtland in SGV...
best soup dumplings in LA????
Second Kang Kang on the pan fried soup dumplings... My tummy growls just thinking about them!
Possible New Spot for XLB?
Has anyone ever been to Tastio Bakery & Deli in Monterey Park? It is said to be a hole in the wall that has a glass window that mimics one you would find in Ding Tai Feng where you could watch the entire process of Xiao Long Bao in the making. The owner also stated that they use chicken stock instead of pork jelly (肉皮冻) when making the dumplings...

Second Old Country Cafe & Mama's Kitchen.
Who offers the best Fried Pork Chop in the LA & OC vicinity?
I second Old Country. Throw in the pudding milk tea made with real green tea for 2.50 PLUS free refills & I'm gooood!
Pho Le Loi
Had the kitchen staff / chef changed as well since it has gone under new management? I paid Pho Le Loi a visit when it first opened after reading the sign saying "pho ga" and was very impressed with their chicken pho. I have gone back/placed take-out orders on 3 different occasions after my initial visit because I liked the pho ga so much, only to find the quality seemed to be rather inconsistent. :( There was a time when my boyfriend placed a take-out order which they had forgotten our lime & bean sprouts.. The broth did not taste the same when compared to my first visit, it has gotten to be wayy too salty & MSG-ish.. :( I've tried the Hainan Chicken Rice, which weren't that great (For that, I'd recommend Dong Nguyen on Valley Blvd in San Gabriel), but I did like the papaya salad that I had gotten on my first visit.
