Find a partner to finance my dream restaurant-bar, I have a great "destination" theme, and would feature great comfort food and unpretentious seafood, great cocktails, and live music. No more theme details than that on here - Call me! :-)

I cook everything, and love to be adventurous, but I really need a professional kitchen to cook to impress :-)
My favorite comfort food:
#1 for me is seafood, from Lobster to King Crab to Grouper, Scallops, Oysters, Clams, etc. plus fun food - Spicy ethnic food, REAL wings, neighborhood-style pizza, burgers on the flat-top, fresh-cut fries, linguine bolognese, great prime rib, citrus-roasted (or fried) chicken, toasty meatball hoagies, cubano sandwiches, patty-melts, lobster rolls, whole-belly fried clams, most cantonese dishes, dim-sum, etc. etc...
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
I love top-quality fresh-cooked comfort food, so I am mostly forced to travel stateside. Locally, I'm a fan of the great diversity in Toronto, from great Cantonese to Sri-Lankan to Carribbeean, I love an adventure more than a predicable fine-dining meal.
