I cook holiday feasts or make reservations, I need a professional kitchen to really cook :-)

REAL wings, neighborhood-style pizza, burgers on the flat-top, fresh-cut fries, linguine bolognese, prime rib sandwiches, meatloaf, egg rolls, kung pao, toasty meatball hoagies, cubano sandwiches, patty-melts, lobster rolls, whole-belly fried clams, etc. etc...
