Risotto lunch Downtown Toronto

any recs for places that offer tasty risotto for lunch? preferrably bloor/spadina, baldwin, or yorkville... casual places would do it~~ thanks in advance =)

New Sushi Conveyer on Yonge

do you know if they have a website? I tried searching for them on google but nothing relevant shows up~~ i'm definitely excited about it though!

Demetre or Richtree?

Deciding between these two places for their crepes and waffles... Which one's better? (I personally haven't tried Richtree but heard few good comments)

Thanks!

Fuji-U Mississauga

I went there a few months ago on a thursday night and their service was really slow....... the sashimi (thin slices) and rolls were of poor quality... i'm not sure about the other cooked food though. both me and my friend were quite disappointed as we spent $25 each and could have just went to sushi tei for better quality food and service. it might have changed now though...

Wanda's Pie in the Sky -- still there?

coconut cream sounds delish......

any recommendations for areas near UofT campus downtown?

Wanda's Pie in the Sky -- still there?

Thanks for the reply guys~! no wonder I couldn't find it!

Where would you recommend then for a slice of pie (take out)?

Wanda's Pie in the Sky -- still there?

I just came back from Yorkville today but wasn't able to locate the Wanda's Pie in the Sky that people have been raving about some time ago... I'm wondering if it's still at the Yorkville location and what stores are nearby? ...Definitely want to try out those seemingly delicious pies!

Thanks.

Kinder's Happy Hippo Chocolate

wow thanks for the info!! =)

Risotto recommendations (Downtown T.O.)

I've had this onset of craving for risotto for the past few days (you know how these cravings happen sometimes) and is wondering if anyone can recommend me some places serving risotto within walking distance from the downtown U of T campus? I already know of Romagna Mia but it's probably a little far for me and I would prefer somewhere I can easily get to.

Thanks in advance!

Kinder's Happy Hippo Chocolate

I spent time out of my day and went to Reither's today to see if they have the Happy Hippo I've been looking for. Unfortunately they didn't carry them. So my search continues......!

PS. they did have milka and some other european chocolates though which is nice~~~~

Konnichiwa's Noodles

I've heard that the soba/noodles at Konnichiwa (on baldwin) are worth trying. I will be going downtown just to try it this coming weekend and is wondering which will be the better option -- Udon or Ramen? I prefer the chewy-type udon and most of the ones I tried in past restaurants are rather bland without texture... Can anyone give me some recommendations?

PS. are the rolls at Konnichiwa worth ordering at all?

Thanks in advance!

Kinder's Happy Hippo Chocolate

I've seen many positive reviews of this and is wondering if anyone has seen it in Toronto? Thanks!

Ritter Sport Chocolate in GTA

Does anyone know the store(s) that a wide selection of Ritter Sport Chocolate bars? Preferrably in Mississauga or Downtown area.

PS. I'm also interested in the Cube and Mini Versions that I saw on the web but haven't had luck seeing them in Canada yet. Has any of you seen these little guys?

Thanks in advance!
