a chicken stuffed with a mouth-watering chesnut dressing....have been trying to re-create it for years!

be a cheese affineur (ok, really...I'd just like a job where eating cheese is my main task...)

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

spinach salad w/ chevre, sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes & strawberries (balsamic dressing) - ridiculously easy & always gets compliments

My favorite comfort food:

my husband's lasagna....mmmmm......or Bacchus Roti's veg roti with spinach, squash & chickpea
